1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and dv77 ("dv77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dv77 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features made available through the dv77 website at https://dv77.org.

By registering a dv77 account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with the dv77 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

2Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a dv77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dv77 enforces this requirement through KYC identity verification prior to any withdrawal being processed. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be closed immediately and any pending balances handled in accordance with applicable laws.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity, trust, or third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered to you personally in Bangladesh.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing dv77 from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of dv77 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of dv77 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold one and only one dv77 account. dv77 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. If a player is found to hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts and the original account may be closed, and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited at dv77's sole discretion.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dv77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• dv77 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified dv77 that your account has been compromised. You bear full responsibility for all actions taken using your account credentials.
• You must notify dv77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. dv77 will act promptly to investigate and, where appropriate, lock the account pending the outcome of that investigation.
• Account registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. This number is used for account verification and, where applicable, two-factor authentication and withdrawal confirmation.
• dv77 is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of a third party gaining access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting dv77 support via the email address published on this site. Account closure requests will be processed within three Bangladesh Standard Time business days of receipt. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered bKash or Nagad number within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to any applicable KYC clearance.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

dv77 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad. dv77 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard charges.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account that was used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by dv77 compliance staff following a formal review.
• KYC identity verification is required before a player's first withdrawal is processed. KYC documents may include a national identification card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. KYC review is typically completed within two Bangladesh Standard Time business days of document submission.
• dv77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal where the amount exceeds a threshold determined by dv77's internal compliance policy, or where there is a reasonable basis to suspect money laundering or fraud.
• Deposits made in error — for example duplicate deposits or deposits made to an incorrect account — must be reported to dv77 support within 24 hours. dv77 will investigate and, where the error is confirmed, take reasonable steps to correct the transaction.

dv77 processes all verified withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is within a few minutes to a maximum of four hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (09:00–22:00 BST, seven days a week). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the opening of the next available processing window.

5Bonuses and Promotions

dv77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players only. Unverified accounts may not be eligible to receive or withdraw bonus-related winnings until KYC is completed.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is displayed in the promotion terms presented at the point of opt-in.
• Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• A player may only receive each specific welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts or by re-registering after a previous account has been closed constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• dv77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including where dv77 has reasonable cause to believe that a promotion is being abused.
• Bonuses and promotional credits may not be transferred between players or exchanged for cash outside the normal wagering and withdrawal process.

6Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on dv77 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and others. Each game operates under its own rules and mechanics as established by the provider. dv77 does not modify game outcomes or RTP configurations. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the platform:

• Game results are final once the game round has concluded. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to dv77 support within 48 hours of the relevant game session. Disputes reported after this window will not be considered.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the game provider's server logs will be treated as the authoritative record of the game state at the time of the failure. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to dv77's platform infrastructure, any stake placed on the incomplete round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device that provides an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents the normal operation of a game is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Collusion between players — including, but not limited to, chip dumping in poker or other card games, coordinated betting patterns in live dealer games, or sharing private game information with other players in real time — is prohibited and will result in the suspension or termination of all involved accounts.

dv77 applies game-level bet limits to all titles in its lobby. These limits are set by the game provider and displayed within each game interface. Players must not use technical means to circumvent bet limits. Bets placed in excess of the displayed maximum for a game round may be voided at dv77's discretion.

7Responsible Gaming

dv77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support players who wish to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: verified players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours before the increase becomes active.
• Self-exclusion: players may request a temporary self-exclusion of 30, 60, or 90 days, or a permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation by dv77 support and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality check: players may enable periodic session reminders that display the total duration of the current gaming session and the net result (wins minus losses) for that session.
• Players who believe their gambling has become a problem are encouraged to contact dv77 support to discuss the options available. dv77 will never use marketing communications to pressure a player who has indicated a wish to reduce or stop their gaming activity.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dv77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering or operating more than one dv77 account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent compliance review.
• Using the dv77 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in any game or the dv77 platform infrastructure to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory conduct directed at any dv77 employee, support agent, or other platform user through any communication channel.

9Account Suspension and Termination

dv77 may suspend or terminate a player's account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, and KYC obligations.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by dv77 following a withdrawal request or routine compliance review.
• Where dv77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the account.

Where an account is terminated by dv77 for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at dv77's discretion. Where an account is terminated without fault on the part of the player (for example, where dv77 discontinues operations in a particular market), any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dv77's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their dv77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

dv77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings resulting from technical errors in circumstances where those errors are attributable to a third-party game provider's systems rather than dv77's own platform infrastructure. dv77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be free from interruptions or errors at all times.

11Privacy and Data Protection

dv77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. dv77 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies industry-standard security measures to protect data at rest. Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

12Amendments to These Terms

dv77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dv77 will endeavour to notify active players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will become effective immediately upon publication at https://dv77.org/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the dv77 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting dv77 support.
